Boris Demrovski studied online journalism at the University of Darmstadt. As a press representative of the junior organization of the environmental association BUND and branch manager at Slow Food Germany e.V. Has improved in the association's work. Since 2011, Boris Demrovski has been responsible for the implementation of national and European consumer campaigns for climate protection, sustainability and energy efficiency at the non-profit co2online GmbH. Currently, the nationwide campaign "Mein Klimaschutz" starts at www.mein-klimaschutz.de.
Boris Demrovski is also publisher and co-author of the guidebook "Das Klimakochbuch - klimafreundlich einkaufen, kochen und genießen" published by Kosmos Verlag and updated in 2016 with the support of the Federal Ministry for the Environment. The guidebook shows, with 55 recipes and many vegetarian and vegan variants, such as climate protection and sustainable consumption gutsoll succeed. In addition, there are countless info texts that explain how to influence the climate in the diet and gives tips for shopping, cooking and enjoying.
