Simon Mohn works as a speaker, process facilitator and society developer and is co-founder of Reinventing Society. In his lectures and workshops, he brings to life many of the methodological and conceptual approaches that he has helped to develop for Reinventing Society (see, for example, the work with visions of society in the Infothek for Real Utopias).
As a practice-oriented researcher, one of his main focuses is on the development of concepts and approaches for a practice of process-oriented society development. His diverse experience in organizational and personal development is incorporated into his work in this field.
Simon has a background as an organizational developer and coach in the non-profit and public sector, having previously worked at SOCIUS in Berlin. His academic roots lie in peace and conflict research (MA), political science and sociology. In addition, Simon's work is inspired by his friendships and leisure activities, including nature retreats, festivals, traveling, parkour and onewheeling.
