Dr. Simon Ciranka - Research Scientist, Centre for Adaptive Rationality, Berlin
Simon Ciranka is a cognitive scientist and developmental psychologist at the Max Planck Institute for Human Development in Berlin. In his research, he wants to understand the causes, positive and negative aspects of social influence in teenagers. In doing so, he tries to transfer findings from brain research to the real lives of teenagers and their social environment. Simon Ciranka has a doctorate from the Free University of Berlin, where he still gives seminars today. He studied in Dresden, Giessen and Istanbul.
