Paul Lewis is Conference Director of the World Congress of Science and Factual Producers (WCSFP) – one of the media’s most important industry organizations. Delegates represent most of the major media organizations, production companies, content creators and distributors in science, history and factual programming. Mr Lewis has more than three decades of broadcasting and production experience. As President and General Manager of the Discovery group of networks in Canada, he created, developed and commissioned some of the world’s most ambitious and successful factual television and digital content, including the first daily science program. He’s a founding Board member of both the WCSFP and the Canadian Science Media Centre of Canada. Mr Lewis is a regular speaker, festival judge and panelist at international events. He’s also a consultant, trainer and executive producer – developing and guiding documentary series and one-off projects.
