Dr. Leon Windscheid

Dr. Leon Windscheid, born in 1988 in Bergisch Gladbach, is a psychologist, science
communicator, bestselling author, podcaster and presenter of the science format TerraXplore.

Leon Windscheid describes himself as a psychologist with a passion for science. For years, he has been talking to leading researchers from all over the world, reading the exciting studies in his field. Windscheid shares his passion for psychology in his books, podcasts and stage shows, making a visit to the psychologist as enjoyable as possible. As a child of the 90s, Leon grew up well protected in his home town of Solingen as the eldest child of a teacher couple. His time in Solingen was followed by stops in France,
Spain and Turkey. After graduating from high school, he studied business psychology in
business psychology in Münster, Istanbul and Witten. Leon has been a qualified
psychologist. In 2015, Leon won one million euros on “Who wants to be a millionaire?” with Günther Jauch. From 2015 to 2017, he completed a doctorate in economics.
