Katharina Gruber is a science journalist working for the Austrian Broadcasting Corporation (ORF) since 2016. 2019 she joined the team of UNIVERSUM History, where she works on documentaries and creates theme-related TV, radio and online journalistic pieces.
Within the field of history she specializes on Austrian contemporary history and Eastern Central European history. Her interest in these topics has been deepened through her studies of political science in Vienna, in which she focused on contemporary history and Slavistics. As a science journalist she also supports the TV News Department with a focus on climate change amongst other topics.
