Jayde is the founder of ReAgency Science Communication - America's first PR agency exclusively for science. She is also the host of the popular YouTube channel, ScIQ, run from Google Studios in New York City.
After studying neuroscience as an undergraduate and earning a Masters degree in Science Communications at the University of Melbourne, Jayde was recruited as Vice President of Digital for Weber Shandwick, the world’s largest PR agency. After seeing how easily science could be misused for profits, she decided her career was in need of a change. Her first major move was to New York City, where she founded ReAgency, with the vision to work exclusively with science and information-based clients. Her clients now include NASA, Yale, Columbia, New York Academy of Science and The American Association for the Advancement of Science. Jayde frequently speaks internationally at conferences like South by Southwest and venues like Google and YouTube.
Jayde holds a BASc, and Masters of Science Communication (University of Melbourne).
