As Head of Section III 1.2 (Legal Issues, Implementation of the Packaging Act, the Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act and the Battery Act) of the German Environment Agency Dr. Guido Odendahl is responsible especially for the legal implementation of the e-waste management. As a jurist he earned his doctorate in public international law on the subject "The Right to Development". From 1999 until 2007, when he changed to the German Environment Agency, he worked as a principal administrative officer at the Municipal Agency Peitz/Germany. At the German Environment Agency he is also responsible for the interests of employees with disabilities as a representative for inclusion.
