SILBERSALZ trifft - A reading & a talk at Passage 13

Abdullah Alquaseer (*1976 in Salmeiya/Syria) has been publishing articles and short stories since 2006. In 2015, his first short story collection was published under the title Naked in AlAbbasseen. His stories describe, often with bitter humour, how cruel and absurd the lives of Syrians have become since the beginning of the armed conflict. In his novel Used Nightmares (2019), he deals with flight and life in exile. In May 2018, Abdullah joined the literary project Weiter Schreiben.
