The prizewinners will be revealed during the digital "SILBERSALZ Science Media Award" show, which will be broadcasted online to a global audience on October 15, 2020, with prominent guests from the world of science communication. The award show is part of this year's SILBERSALZ Festival, which will take place in Halle (Saale) from 14 to 18 October 2020.
The international "SILBERSALZ Science & Media Awards“ – in association with Jackson Wild – honour outstanding productions as well as trend-setting ideas and discoveries in science communication. They are looking for innovative ways to build bridges between science and society and at the same time stimulate a public debate on the global challenges of our time.
